Wing Bank Presents Collateral-Free Agricultural Loans and Financing Opportunities at CAFE26

PHNOM PENH, 26 October 2026 – Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. presented its agricultural financing solutions at the Cambodia Agriculture Forum & Exhibition 2026 (CAFE26), highlighting collateral-free loans and financing opportunities to help farmers and agribusinesses adopt modern agricultural technologies. 

Organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) with support from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the event took place from 23 to 25 October at the Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Centre on Koh Pich. 

As a Silver Sponsor, Wing Bank participated in discussions on climate-resilient financing and access to agricultural finance, sharing practical solutions to support farmers and agribusinesses. 

Held under the theme “Accelerating Agribusiness Development, Investment, Market Access, and Strategic Partnerships to Position Cambodia as a Leading Regional Agrifood Investment Destination,” CAFE26 brought together farmers, agribusinesses, investors and development partners to explore investment, market access and growth opportunities across Cambodia’s agricultural sector. 

During the forum, Mr. Sela Heng, Head of Agriculture Business at Wing Bank, presented the bank’s financing solutions and answered participants’ questions on accessing agricultural loans. 

“Access to finance can make a meaningful difference for farmers seeking to adopt modern and climate-smart technologies. Through our Climate Resilience Technology Loan and value chain financing solutions, we enable eligible farmers and agribusinesses to invest in sustainable farming practices without collateral, helping them enhance productivity, reduce losses, and strengthen resilience against climate-related challenges,” said Mr. Sela Heng. 

Through its partnership with MAFF, Wing Bank offers the Climate Resilience Technology Loan, providing collateral-free financing of up to USD 200,000 for eligible farmers, agricultural cooperatives, modern agricultural cooperatives and agribusinesses in five provinces: Prey Veng, Takeo, Kampong Thom, Kampong Chhnang and Battambang. 

The financing helps agricultural businesses invest in modern equipment and climate-resilient technologies, improve productivity and better manage climate-related risks.
