  • Rollover Principle & Interest – Your term deposit account will automatically be renewed for the same term and interest rate at maturity, with the principal amount increasing to include the accrued interest.

1. How many term deposit accounts can I have?

There is no limit. You can have as many term deposit accounts as you want.

2. How can I request a term deposit certificate?

You can request your term deposit certificate by visiting a nearby Wing Bank branch to get it printed for you.

3. Can I open a term deposit account with a current account?

Yes, you can, but in case of premature withdrawal, you will not get any interest.

4. How can I know if the interest was paid to my savings or current account?

You will receive a notification with the amount of interest you have earned via Wing Bank App

5. Will this new interest rate apply to existing term deposit accounts?

Only new term deposit accounts and rollover from existing accounts will be applied with new rate.

6. What happens if I close my term deposit account before the maturity date?

You can close your term deposit account and withdraw money at any Wing Bank branch without any fee. If you withdraw your money before the maturity date of your term deposit, you will earn the interest rate of a savings account, or no interest at all, depending on the type of account you have.
