Requirements
- Customer must have a Standard Wing Bank Account to be able to transfer.
- You must register your Wing Bank Account on Wing Bank App or go to any branches nearby
- Required documents for registration are an International Passport and Visa valid for 6 months or proof of Employment (employment contract/work permit card/staff ID) or proof of business (patent or business permit/license).
- Perform cash into your account from any branches
- You are good to go!
Transfer Amount
- You can transfer up to USD 2,500 per transaction & up to USD 5,000 per day
- Transaction will be processed instantly by Wing Bank and the fund will be credited based on the beneficiary bank processing time
How-To: Make the transfer on Wing Bank App
To send money to the Philippines on the Wing Bank App, please follow the below steps:
- Install and log into your Wing Bank account to Wing Bank App
- Select "World Transfer" on the home screen
- Select the country "Philippines"
- Choose a partner e.g "Western Union"
- Fill in all required information and click "Send"
- Verify the receiver’s information & amount; then click “Confirm”
- Input your personal Wing bank account 4-digit PIN code to complete the transactions
- You will receive a “Successful transaction” pop up
- Receiver will receive money on the same day or based on partner processing time
