Wing Bank Forms Strategic Alliance with Educational Institutions to Empower Youth

July 4, 2025

Phnom Penh, July 4, 2024 – Wing Bank has forged a powerful strategic partnership with six of Cambodia’s leading educational institutions to prepare young people for their future careers.

The agreement was signed at Wing Bank Tower with the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, De Montfort University Cambodia, East Asia Management University, Digital Divide Data, Sunrise Institute, and ADITI Academy.

This collaboration is set to provide robust mentorship, internships, and skill-building programs designed to significantly enhance students’ abilities and confidence.

“Young people are Cambodia’s future,” said Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, CEO of Wing Bank. “We’re creating paths to help them succeed.”

By working closely with these educational institutions, Wing Bank is determined to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical experience. This initiative will ensure students transition smoothly into their professional lives, equipped with the essential knowledge and confidence needed to excel in their careers.

“Together, we are not merely preparing students for jobs—we are shaping confident, capable individuals ready to lead with integrity and ambition,” he added.

This initiative builds on Wing Bank’s highly successful Young Winger Development Program, launched in February 2024. The program offers university students invaluable hands-on experience, financial support, and critical job skills. Since its inception, the program has trained more than 60 graduates, with 25% being women.

Wing Bank is committed to expanding the program in 2025 to support even more students and contribute to Cambodia’s development.

Wing Bank’s strategic alliance with these top educational institutions underscores its unwavering commitment to empowering Cambodia’s youth and shaping the nation’s future.
