JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. UX DESIGN: Design UX strategy, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows. Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and behavioral studies. Analyze findings to generate insights and translate them into design improvements. Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and design concepts.
2. UI DESIGN: Deliver high-fidelity UI designs for mobile (iOS/Android), web platforms, and internal systems. Develop visual design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Ensure brand consistency and modern design standards across all products.
3. PROTOTYPING & DESIGN VALIDATION: Build clickable prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe xd. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate design concepts and finalize flows. Facilitate design reviews with developers, product owners, and business leaders.
4. COLLABORATION & DELIVERY: Work closely with product owners to define requirements and prioritize features. Align with developers to ensure correct implementation and quality of UI. Provide guidance on layout, interaction patterns, and responsive behavior. Ensure design feasibility and technical alignment with frontend/mobile teams.
5. LEADERSHIP & MENTORING: Mentor junior designers and support knowledge sharing. Lead design thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation sprints. Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
Key Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, accessibility, usability, and HCI concepts.
- Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and creating design documentation.
- Prior experience in Fintech, Banking, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Ability to design for AI-driven interfaces, including chatbots and intelligent assistants.
- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animation techniques.
- Strong understanding of user behavior in the Khmer market.
