• • The confirmation will be made via email or phone call during 1-3 P.M after Checkup-up department receiving your request.
  • In case of cancellation or change appointment date, please notify us at least 1 day in advance
  • The checkup package is available at the Advance Diagnosis Centre (Checkup Department), 4th floor, Zone A.
  • The Hospital reserves the right to change the medical service rate, medicine rate, medical supply rate, room rate, food and laboratory, etc. without prior notice.
