JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Defining affiliate program structure, commission models, and promotional calendars Fully acting
- • Identifying high-potential affiliates, managing the onboarding process, and providing training on tools and best practices
- • Tracking key metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, revenue), identifying trends, and adjusting strategies to maximize results
- • Serving as the main point of contact for affiliates, offering timely support and ongoing engagement initiatives
- • Ensuring all affiliate promotions adhere to brand guidelines and legal/industry regulations.
- • Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader organizational objectives and technology needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing) are a plus.
- • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in affiliate tracking software, web analytics, and reporting tools
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate and maintain affiliate partnerships
- • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
