- Campaign Performance & Tracking
- Monitor key performance indicators like conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Experience with different campaign strategies to optimize results.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns and messaging based on customer insights.
- Journey Optimization & Personal Marketing Campaign
- Visualize the customer's interactions with the business.
- Enhance touchpoints to create seamless and positive experiences.
- Identify high-value, medium-value, and low-value customers.
- Product and platform refinement to ensure smooth customer experience and communications
- Pinpoint areas where customer experience can be improved.
- Implement loyalty programs to reward and incentivize repeat purchases.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling
- Suggest complementary products or services across division business
- Presents upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally:
- Work with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer value management, customer lifecycle management, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience with customer lifecycle management tools, particularly CleverTap.
- Good proficiency in data analysis
- Good understanding of marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
- Good skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
