  • Campaign Performance & Tracking
  • Monitor key performance indicators like conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Experience with different campaign strategies to optimize results.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and messaging based on customer insights.
  • Journey Optimization & Personal Marketing Campaign
  • Visualize the customer's interactions with the business.  
  • Enhance touchpoints to create seamless and positive experiences.
  • Identify high-value, medium-value, and low-value customers.
  • Product and platform refinement to ensure smooth customer experience and communications
  • Pinpoint areas where customer experience can be improved.  
  • Implement loyalty programs to reward and incentivize repeat purchases.  
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling
  • Suggest complementary products or services across division business
  • Presents upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
  • Work with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Partner with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and preferences into product roadmaps.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer value management, customer lifecycle management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience with customer lifecycle management tools, particularly CleverTap.
  • Good proficiency in data analysis
  • Good understanding of marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Good skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
