Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issue regarding to service using
- Update customer request to related stakeholder
- Providing product and service to customer
- Dealing customer complain
- Other tasks assign by supervisor
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in any filed or year 2 university, English speaking & Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service.
- Good in communication both English & Khmer,
- Ability to work under pressure
- Open availability Mon through Sun work rotation.
