Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issue regarding to service using
  • Update customer request to related stakeholder
  • Providing product and service to customer
  • Dealing customer complain
  • Other tasks assign by supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in any filed or year 2 university, English speaking & Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Good in communication both English & Khmer,
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Open availability Mon through Sun work rotation.
