Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing customer complaint
  • Providing product and service to customer
  • Update customer request to related stakeholder
  • Resolve customer issue regarding to service using
  • Briefing, training, coaching, leading to agents
  • Roster Managing for agent
  • Monitoring and Managing day by day Call Centre Operation
  • Ensure Call Centre understanding and comply with working process
  • Keep an eye on agent performance and correcting agents
  • Be sure all ticket request approval closed by SLA

Job Requirement

  • Graduated university.
  • 3-4 years experience with Call Centre leading or Customer services.
  • Proficiency verbal written communication both English Khmer,
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Business understanding: Call Centre Flat form, Financial bank system.
  • Open availability Mon through Sun work rotation.
