Job Responsibilities

  • Check and read email/social media of daily activity report that pass info from previous shift to follow up all cardholder’s maters and what happened.
  • Monitoring transaction that active on monitor’s screen
  • Check card amendment request form (Credit Limit Adjustment, Block Card, and Release, etc.)
  • Process Active/Suspend/Revoke/Close Card follow customer request.
  • Called to verify transactions with cardholder every suspicious online transaction.
  • Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM & Card).
  • Provide and reply to the helpful solution to all customer’s request or inquiry about card using
  • Take any proper action on any declined transaction to reduce declined transaction.
  • Follow up rejected transactions, suspicious and high-risk relevant transactions (MOTO/E-commerce/Recurring Payment.
  • Prompt response to internal and external customer’s enquiries over the phone.
  • Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department for solution.
  • Booking cases in CRM
  • Any tasks assigned from line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 2-year experience with Card Management System, VRM, Master Connect
  • Knowledge of Credit and Debit Card
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and verbal English
