MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure issues/inquiry are resolved/answered quickly or within the specified timeline.
- Maintain proper records of issues and inquiry from branches and ensure follow up of the issue resolution with relevant teams
- Evaluate the implementation of feedback received from branches to continuously improve support processes and enhance the overall branch experience.
- Ensure that the information provided to branches is accurate, up to date, complied with the internal policies
- Collaborating with functional teams to implement system enhancement and improve operational efficiency
- Collect feedback from branches to evaluate their satisfaction with the support provided, focusing on factors such as responsiveness, accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure sufficient knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support to branches.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-year experience in Banking sector preferably in the management client onboarding and service quality control.
- Proven experience in cash operations or customer support roles.
- Strong knowledge of teller operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
