JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1) Establishing operational objectives, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals
- 2) Monitoring day-to-day operations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions for efficiency gains
- 3) Overseeing the procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and inventory management
- 4) Collaborating with Quality Assurance to maintain standards in product and service delivery
- 5) Managing budgets, forecasting operational costs, and conducting financial analysis for decision-making
- 6) Leading, developing, and motivating operations staff to achieve performance targets and professional growth
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
- • 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, ideally in a leadership capacity
- • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, lead process improvement initiatives, and manage large teams.
- • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within an operational context
- • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and foster a high-performance culture
