MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ensure issues/inquiry are resolved/answered quickly or within the specified timeline.
  • maintain proper records of issues and inquiry from branches and ensure follow up of the issue resolution with relevant teams
  • evaluate the implementation of feedback received from branches to continuously improve support processes and enhance the overall branch experience.
  • ensure that the information provided to branches is accurate, up to date, complied with the internal policies
  • collaborating with functional teams to implement system enhancement and improve operational efficiency
  • collect feedback from branches to evaluate their satisfaction with the support provided, focusing on factors such as responsiveness, accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
  • ensure sufficient knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support to branches.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3-year experience in Banking sector preferably in the management client onboarding and service quality control.
  • At least 2-year experience in the related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
