Job Descriptions

  • Study, prepare and implement changes/initiative to improve the opreation in csa area
  • Manage development and enhancement projects in both conventional and digital channels
  • Ensure proper and fast turnaround time of issue resolution related to csa operation (process, procedure, system tool)
  • Ensure that the existing or enhanced product service is compliance to regulation and financial law
  • Ensure proper administration of system access in conventional area

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management, IT or related fields
  • At least 5-year experience in Banking sector preferably in the management client onboarding and building of new product and services.
  • At least 3-year experience in transformation and driving strategic initiatives in the CSA area; alternatively, the incumbent shall have proven experience in leading IT Projects and building UI to support the onboarding process.
  • Experience in implementing conventional product and service in Digital channels
  • Experience in building new products/services
  • Experience in development and management of enhancement project
