JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Identifying target partners, creating outreach strategies, and building a strong pipeline of leads.
  • • Collaborating with legal and finance to finalize partnership agreements that deliver mutual benefits.
  • • Working with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to design and implement joint programs or campaigns.
  • • Monitoring partnership KPIs, preparing reports, and analysing outcomes to refine strategies.
  • • Guiding new partners through onboarding processes and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • • Staying updated on market trends, exploring new partnership models, and suggesting improvements for sustained growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • • Working Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development
  • • Business Knowledge :
  • 1. Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships or sponsorships
  • 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and stakeholder management
  • 3. Ability to conduct market research and analyze partnership opportunities for alignment and ROI potential
  • 4. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for tracking pipeline and measuring partnership outcomes
