Job Responsibilities
The CX Project Coordinator will lead and support customer experience (CX) projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience. The coordinator will ensure CX projects align with business goals and are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with CX objectives.
- Coordinate schedules across cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Act as a liaison between departments including Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Support, and others.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Assist in mapping customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Collect and organize customer feedback from various sources for analysis.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues.
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources (personnel, tools, budget) for CX projects.
- Identify resource gaps or constraints and escalate when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably in Communications, Project Management, Customer Experience, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and customer experience-related roles.
- Project Management Fundamentals (Planning, scheduling, and tracking progress).
- Customer Experience Concepts (Understanding customer journeys, satisfaction metrics, and feedback analysis).
- Communication Skills (Clear and effective communication with teams, stakeholders, and customers).
- Data Analysis (Ability to interpret customer data and feedback for actionable insights).
