Finance Business Analysis Manager is to provide the reporting data with recommendations and analysis to all stakeholders such as Consumer business, Corporate Solution, Marketing, Wing Commerce and Bank.
Managing and improving processes to provide functional groups with timely and effective information and knowledge enabling the business to sustain a competitive advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and movements for both the company and competitors.
- Continuously monitor the performance of commercial functions.
- Conduct customer analysis, including order frequency and behavioural trends.
- Evaluate merchant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Initiate, define, plan, communicate, and follow up on the company’s business strategy.
- Ensure the company’s long-term viability and maintain market share.
- Partner with Finance, Business Intelligence (BI), and Operations teams for reporting data and reconciliation processes.
- Guarantee all reporting and forecasting figures for all products maintain an accuracy of ±5%.
- Support business units with: Revenue analysis, Business case development, Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, Balance sheets
- Gather and compile relevant data to support key initiatives under the Wing Commerce department.
- Collaborate with the MIS team to create dashboards for all products and services using Tableau/Power BI.
- Manage and enhance processes to provide functional groups with timely and effective information to sustain a competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably in IT Programming, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Knowledge in managing data is an advantage.
- Working Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Data/Reporting management, or related business performance sectors (e-commerce, banking, products/services).
- Strong knowledge of the related industry, and understanding of company values and culture.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong experience in finance, analytics, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-departmental interaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in forecasts and reporting.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive business success.
