JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and alert for re-ordering
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights into decision-making
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Implement and enforce PTU procedures and policies.
- Work with internal auditors to provide financial information as required
- Work with an external auditor to provide financial information as required for annual auditing.
- Contribute honest and direct feedback to your manager on potential service/process enhancements, what is going well, and where team improvement is possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sun system, QuickBooks, ….) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
