Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming chargebacks for ATM and POS Acquiring merchants in a timely manner.
  • Process chargebacks, re-presentments, pre-arbitration, and arbitration based on card scheme regulations.
  • Investigate and analyze all types of card payment disputes and determine the proper solution for customers.
  • Monitor merchant transactions and contact the Issuing bank for transaction confirmation.
  • Report all retrieval disputes to avoid missing any cases from cardholders and relevant teams.
  • Provide prompt support to relevant teams regarding dispute cases and card payment issues.
  • Check and respond to all emails from external and internal teams to resolve disputes effectively and promptly.

Job Requirement

  • Educational background in banking/management at Bachelor’s degree or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in the Banking or financial sector.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Card Dispute resolution, fraud, and risk management.
  • Other related experience in understanding merchant settlement, merchant operations, card authorization, and transaction monitoring.
  • Proficient in English and Khmer with both verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Proactive, good teamwork, and customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate well with other parties.
  • Ability to work independently within a team spirit and under pressure.
