JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee on the technology project such as PCIDSS compliance, Patching and another commercial project.
- Organize the various professional people working on all projects.
- Ensure all objectives of the project and the quality standard are met.
- Monitor relevant project stakeholders to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Monitor and manage company performance against project expense; plan effectively and cost management as delegated from the head.
- Identify potential process/service enhancements, escalate as appropriate, and document project meetings, present relevant plans/schedule, produce project documents depicting methodology and assisting relevant stakeholders, suggest any improvements to stake-holders.
- To support coordinate technology activities such as system release, incident and enhancement on the system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT management or related field.
- Proven coordination and implementation skills for over 5 years.
- Ability to think laterally and creatively.
- Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness and demonstrated capacity to operate in complex, matrix environment with multiple, often conflicting demands.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and maintain and develop good business and partner relationships.
- Flexible with the ability to assimilate analyze and act decisively on demanding role/environment.
- Demonstrate inter-cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office & project/ or any project management tool.
