JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects
- Development and release of mobile banking applications on iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, usability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and QA to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure projects meet internal governance, banking compliance, security, and risk management standards
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Support Agile ceremonies and project milestones, adjusting methods based on project complexity and stakeholder needs
- Provide clear and structured communication to project sponsors and senior leadership, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans
- Drive continuous improvement through project retrospectives, lessons learned, and best practices sharing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in IT project management within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven experience managing at least two of the following areas:
- Government or regulatory system integration
- Cross-border payments, SWIFT, or bill payment platforms
- Mobile banking application development
- Solid understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall/SDLC project delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
