MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet Customer with a warm welcomes
- Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- Queue management
- Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank products and service
- Accurately identifying a customers' query and providing a quick resolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University or fresh graduate are highly recommended
- Not Requirement
- Good oral, written and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
- Computer literate ( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
