MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet Customer with a warm welcomes
  • Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  • Queue management
  • Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank products and service
  • Accurately identifying a customers' query and providing a quick resolution

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University or fresh graduate are highly recommended
  • Not Requirement
  • Good oral, written and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
  • Computer literate ( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
