JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Addressing merchant inquiries related to orders, payments, and product listings in a timely manner.
  • • Tracking merchant metrics (e.g., sales, return rates) to identify areas for improvement.
  • • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex or urgent merchant concerns.
  • • Analysing support trends to recommend enhancements in tools, processes, and policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • • 2+ years of experience in merchant support, account management, or customer service (preferably in e-commerce/retail).
  • • Strong customer service skills with proven ability to manage multiple merchant accounts effectively.
  • • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplace operations, and relevant analytical tools
  • • Excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal
  • • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managing tasks and deadlines efficiently
