JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the Monitoring systems
- Fault handling and escalation within ticket systems
- Centralize contact point when all system goes down or disconnect
- Analyze and implement requirements for system/application and reporting enhancements.
- Systems Implementation & Support
- Apply automation principles whenever possible
- System notification & its accuracy
- Monitoring servers, network, Application, and virtualization technology
- Keep incident and problem records
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, preferably in the field of Computer Science.
- Minimum 1-year experience in NOC or related field
- Understands day-to-day IT operations and business impact.
- Practices and standards in dealing with external partners.
- Awareness of infrastructure performance monitoring capabilities
