JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the performance and availability of systems, networks, and applications.
- Administer and maintain monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Cacti, and DataDog
- Identify, report, and document incidents accurately and promptly
- Work closely with relevant teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with partners and service providers to address and resolve technical problems.
- Ensure all incidents and changes are recorded according to company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, preferably in the field of Computer Science;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC, IT operations, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking, system infrastructure, and application architecture.
- Experience in configuring and onboarding systems into monitoring platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7 operations) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
