Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the support and follow-up of staff in need of psychological care
- S/he will be responsible for clinical psychology to provide counselling with staff who have easily suffering with psychological problems to make them to be good at productivity and wellbeing.
- Provide counselling and assessment.
- Write report to follow up the staff.
- Orient staff according to the difficulties encountered and the limits of the service’s intervention.
- Work closely with the various internal/external services
- Collaborate with any departments/services with managers and/or staff of the company to develop the work and problem solving.
- Work with Hospital or organizations in the field of professionals' psychologist (foreign or Khmer), to refer staff for evaluations or specific treatment.
- Animate group discussion for the staff in each department.
- Analyzing and organizing risk prevention for staff (burnout, using drug, sexual behavior…)
- Give recommendation to the Line manager.
- Providing psychological safety strategies and/or training to staff and management.
- Administration Task
- Prepare weekly, monthly report to supervisor.
- Writing and keeping counseling reports on well and safety per confidentiality policy.
- Writing recommendations to HR management and/or requester.
- Co-support employees’ wellbeing project and health awareness program.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/ master's degree in psychology.
- Experience
- Min. 2 years and strong experience in Psychology Field, Drug Prevention and Psychological Therapy.
- Strong on Psychotherapy in groups and individuals.
- Experience in training and group awareness to staff and their families.
- Skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer literate (E-mail, Outlook, Ms.Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Good interpersonal communication skills and adaptive to a diverse team working environment.
