JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform mystery shopping (on-site investigation in order to spot-check on non-compliance and improve service quality)
- Working closely with other areas of the business on all fraud-related areas
- Independently handle and investigate involve in suspicious transactions and fraud activities
- Handle and investigate internal staff who dealing in fraud activities and policy breach
- Following all policies and procedures
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- At least one year of experience in dispute, customer experience, and Legal
- The related industry, the understanding of company values and culture
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English, organization, and time management skills
- Having high level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
