This role is responsible for developing credit training material, Update the related training material to be aligned with Credit guideline and procedure and assist Credit Training Manager and Associate Credit Training Manager to conduct training need assessment and evaluating the training program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist/facilitate/implement the credit training to all new/existing staff where appropriate from writing up Credit Memo to after Loan disbursement to ensure they are well trained before perform their duty
- To support trainers to develop and keep regular update on training curriculum, training materials and training method/approach based on recommendation and evaluation
- To work closely with all related department, branch staffs to identify based needs from the grassroots level
- Keep up to date with training methodologies and courses on subjects relevant to Business Unit, Credit Assessment, Credit admin and relevant Branches/Department if needed.
- Develop and implement administrative processes, including databases, to ensure training activities are recorded and reported on both internal and external
- Field support/coaching to Lending team to make sure they have full competency skill on loan selling and processing.
- Other tasks assign by Supervisor/Manager/Head of Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Finance and Banking or related field
- At least have a bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking
- In sales, marketing or related field
- Good written and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, writing up Credit memo, admin work and Core banking System i.e. Flexible,
- Good understanding of the Cambodian bank and microfinance industry
