Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Support scheduling and make real-time adjustments to meet service demands effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on CX goals and staffing requirements.
  • Enhance reporting processes and tools through automation and advanced data analysis.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 or 3 years in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles.
  • Ability to communicate with other related departments.
  • Good English and knowledge in advance Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python or R (optional but preferred), and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work on new system.
