JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To participate in planning and developing company-wide IT strategies.
- To engage and partner with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering.
- Overseeing the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, and aligned with business needs
- To develop business requirement document and Functional specification.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and priorities
- Collaborate with team and within the QA Practice to improve the quality of the releases across the SDLC
- Design system workflow and use case design to make sure the functional spec is aligned with the business requirement.
- Collaborating with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring business requirements are integrated into project plans
- Defining project scope and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to optimize business operations
- Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
- Ensuring that all business analysis deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices
- Supporting the development and execution of test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, software consultant, or a related field
- At least 3 years experiences in managing business process improvement.
- At least 3 years experiences in IT business requirement gathering & documentation such as prototyping, designing of MVP, experience in mockup design, wireframe by using automation tools.
- Knowledge & experience in IT Project Management.
- Experienced in agile methodology and waterfall framework
- Experienced in working in banking or financial sectors
- Experienced in software requirement gatherings and developments
