JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.
- Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Align designs with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Design and prototype high-quality user interfaces and responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, frontend developers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders, gathering feedback for iterations.
- Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design effectiveness.
- Analyze user feedback and data to refine and optimize user experiences.
- Maintain a design system and reusable components for consistency.
- Focus on enhancing digital products such as LOS workflows, onboarding forms, dashboards, mobile apps, and agent/merchant tools.
- Contribute to a design-led culture that emphasizes customer experience and simplicity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin.
- Experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend technologies is a plus.
- Background in fintech, banking, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
