JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 100% is to focus on quality and security control within IT infrastructure
- Design and implement security based on security standard and frameworks.
- Responsible for preparation and installation of system hardware and software for all projects
- Provide troubleshooting on any server hardware or software issues
- Assist in installation and deployment for new software release or update
- Daily check and resolve issues that are assigned in helpdesk system
- Assist and coach IT helpdesk
- Regularly maintain IT equipment on server part
- Follow the IT policy and procedures guidance by line manager
- Prepare a best practice check list for installation or configuration of the server
- Produce update to date system documentation
- Manage and control active directory, Mail server (Exchange server and Microsoft Office 365 ), storage, virtualization
- Manage and control NAS, Synology, QNAP with user and own cloud.
- Solid knowledge of the Linux, Windows Server environment, storage, mail server, virtualization and network administration
- Control inventory and maintain of equipment including physical server, spare part
- Liaise with external providers.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrator of cloud computing such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in computer science or IT or similar degrees
- 2 years of professional experience as a system administrator or similar position
- 1 Year of professional experience as a system administrator of cloud computing
- Solid knowledge of the Linux, Windows Server environment, storage, mail server, virtualization, cloud and network administration
- Knowledge in a programming language and scripting is a plus
- Experience with any cloud such as AWS, Azure, Google, OCI…etc
- Experience in setup Kubernetes cluster and administration
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team oriented and passionate about work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with different levels and cross-function
