Solicit both potentially existing and new clients amount USD50,000.00 – USD200,000.00 in accordance with the guidelines stated in the product feature and loan policies to ensure the secured loans.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present to clients the different types of credit facility and options that are available, as well as the terms of those services for further cross-selling.
- Collect all clients’ required documents such as financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, corporate financial statement and other financial information, for loan application to ensure their eligibility to have it approved.
- Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, repayment capacity to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Conduct a site visit during the loan assessment process to obtain in-depth information concerning the purpose of customer’s loan application and ensure customer security for the loan is sufficient and acceptable.
- Preparing call report for evaluation to obtain the property value from Internal and external valuer.
- Gather valid applicants’ financial transactions by obtaining and filling credit histories, financial statements and other information.
- Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment.
- Prepare and submit credit memo for line manager review and approval.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Finance and Banking or previous SME experience
- At least 03 years work experience in related field with financial institutes
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and other foreign languages
- Computer literacy.
