JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure solutions for banking and financial services.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide design Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and deployment.
- Guide and maintain microservices using Spring Boot.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the development process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and Jenkins Pipeline.
- Experience with WSO2 is a significant plus.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
