Banking Operation
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Tax Operations Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to improve tax operations efficiency and compliance.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures for tax-related processes.
- Oversee the processing of tax payments at the Head Office level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and reconcile tax accounts to ensure all payments are correctly recorded and allocated.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory filings to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Help generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly tax reports for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and tax authorities as needed to resolve tax-related issues.
- Prepare clear and concise communications for various stakeholders regarding tax matters.
- Identify areas for improvement in tax operations processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the Tax Operations Manager to implement process enhancements and best practices.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for staff on tax procedures and updates in tax regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the team is informed and compliant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management or related fields
- At least 3-5 year experience in Banking sector
- At least 1-year experience in tax operations, tax processing and reporting
- Experience in Teller Operation
- Experience in implementing enhancement project.
- Some knowledge in digital tax payment
- Proficiency in tax software
- Experience in training
