Job Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls as per the assigned customer list.
  • Present and explain Wing Bank’s products and services clearly and persuasively to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or internal databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle objections effectively, and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales results in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve call performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to learn and stay updated on banking products, promotions, and campaigns.
