Mechanics:

The monthly draw is valid for transactions from 15 th of the month until 14 th of the following month starting from May to November 2018.
Each month six (6) winners from Thailand and Cambodia and eight (8) winners from South Korea shall be drawn. Announcement shall be made every end of the succeeding month.
Winners shall be selected through an electronic raffle draw using their transaction ID.
Customer can only win one (1) time during the whole duration of the promotion.
Winners shall be notified by Wing Representative for those recipient in Cambodia and via Wing Partners for the sender’s side. And prizes shall be claimed in their respective offices.
The monthly draw shall be based on the transactions within the coverage of the respective month. While the Grand Prize draw is from the transactions made from 15th May to 14th December 2018 for both Thailand and South Korea only.
The prizes or its equivalent amount based on the banks currency shall be transferred directly to the winner’s account or wallet.
The winners will be given 10 days’ notice to claim their prizes.
The photos or videos of the winners shall be publicly announced on Wing and it’s partners social media page.

a. There are six (6) people who can win in Cambodia every month, they can win from $30, $50 and $100 worth of cash to their account
How can I win, I am in Cambodia?
a. All you have to do is have an international money transfer transaction receive to your Wing Account to be eligible to win. Each month Wing will draw Six (6) winners via electronic lucky draw of those who has received money to their Wing Account.
How can I win, I am in South Korea?

I am getting the money through Wing agent, why am I not eligible to win?
a. For the lucky draw receive in Cambodia, only those who receive through their Wing Account is eligible for this promotion. {Why?} Because they have completed and embraced to be full Wing Customer. This is our reward for them.

I only have transaction last month, am I still eligible to win for the next month draw?
a. For the monthly draw, you can only win within the coverage of that month. But for the Grand draw you are still eligible if you did not win during the monthly draw.
I am a winner in South Korea, how can I redeem the prize?
a. Our Banking or remittance partner in South Korea shall contact you to claim your prize. The winner shall be drawn according to their transaction ID (TID) as a proof of entry.
I am a winner in Thailand, how can I redeem the prize?
a. Our partner in Thailand Deemoney shall contact you to claim your prize. The winner
shall be drawn according to their transaction ID (TID) as a proof of entry.
I am a winner in Cambodia, how can I redeem the prize?
a. Our Care Center at Wing Head Office will contact you either by call or SMS notification,
and your account shall be credited of the amount. The winner shall be drawn according
to their transaction ID (TID) as a proof of entry.
I am a winner of the monthly draw, am I still eligible to win for the Grand Prize?
a. No, a winner can only win one (1) time during the whole duration of the promotion
I am sending twice a month, how many entries do I have to be eligible to win?
a. If you have 2 transactions per month, then you have 2 entries per month and for the
grand draw that would be the total transactions you made for the whole duration of the
promotion.
I am sending through an agent (private individual) and the agent is the one sending to my Family, my family is receiving it through Wing, am I eligible to join this promotion?
a. The promotion is only valid for those who would send to our banking or remittance
partner, from that process the sender who has the transaction ID (TID) is the one eligible
to win the lucky draw.
How will Wing do the lucky draw?
a. The lucky draw shall be done electronically using customers transaction ID (TID). This
shall be verified by our Remittance and Risk and Compliance Team and shall be
distributed to our Remittance partner to inform the winners.
