Promotion Terms and Conditions

The campaign period is from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023.
The campaign is open to all DeeMoney customers who transfer money via DeeMoney app during the campaign period.
The minimum transfer amount per transaction is 1,000 baht.
Each transaction will earn one lucky draw entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per customer.
The lucky draw will be held on December 13, 2023, at DeeMoney’s head office in Bangkok and the winners will be
announced on December 14, 2023.
If the lucky winner receives more than one prize within the program, only one prize with the highest monetary
value will be eligible.
The winner must bring proof of identity to receive the prize. (ID card or passport)
The winners will be responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges related to their prizes.
The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
DeeMoney reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign without prior notice.

6. What happens if I cannot be contacted or claim my prize within 30 days?

If the company is unable to contact the original lucky winner or if the
winner is unable to claim the prize within 30
days of notification, the company reserves the right to give the prize to the next lucky
winner.
7. Do I have to pay any taxes on my prize?

Winners with a value of 1,000 baht or more must pay a withholding tax
of 5% of the value of the prize received.
