JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with Wing Mall business needs
- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
- Ensure cost optimization, quality standards, and service levels
- Oversee procurement budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing, merchant team)
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and audit requirements
- Lead tendering/RFP processes for key categories (logistics, IT, mall vendors, services)
- Drive digital procurement and process improvements
- Mentor and manage procurement team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- 3- 5+ years of procurement experience (retail, e-commerce, or mall operations preferred)
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier management skills
- Experience in strategic sourcing and cost control
- Leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Familiarity with ERP / procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
