JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with Wing Mall business needs
  • Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
  • Ensure cost optimization, quality standards, and service levels
  • Oversee procurement budgets, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing, merchant team)
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and audit requirements
  • Lead tendering/RFP processes for key categories (logistics, IT, mall vendors, services)
  • Drive digital procurement and process improvements
  • Mentor and manage procurement team members

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • 3- 5+ years of procurement experience (retail, e-commerce, or mall operations preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier management skills
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and cost control
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capability
  • Familiarity with ERP / procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
