Study, prepare, and implement changes/initiatives to improve ATM/CRM networks and processes
Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Support onsite and offsite deployment of ATMs and CRMs
Ensure ATM/CRM availability and uptime by maintaining functionality and security
Monitor cash levels to ensure sufficient cash availability for customer transactions
Manage offsite ATMs and CRMs, ensuring seamless operations
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes
Implement security measures to protect ATMs and CRMs from theft, vandalism, and fraud
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Train and support branch staff on ATM/CRM operations, troubleshooting, and security protocols
Prepare and present accurate and timely reports on ATM/CRM performance, maintenance activities, and security incidents
Ensure effective vendor management, optimizing service quality and response times
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in ATM/CRM management are a plus
At least 3 years of experience in banking
Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM/CRM management
Strong knowledge of ATM technology, cash management processes, and security protocols
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel as required
