- Define and execute the overall application delivery strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, product roadmaps, regulatory commitments, and enterprise priorities.                    

- Partner with Business Tribes, Product Owners, Architecture, Security, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to shape feasible technical solutions and clarify delivery options for bank-wide products and services.                    

- Lead the IT Project Manager unit to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while managing dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and governance forums.                    

Key IT project delivery                    

- Lead the IT Business Analyst unit to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage changing business priorities and requirements across initiatives.                    

- Establish and enforce project management and business analysis standards, templates, controls, governance frameworks, and best practices across delivery teams.                    

- Manage capacity planning, prioritization, allocation, and performance of ITPM and ITBA resources across multiple teams, programs, and functions.                    

Core banking competency center set up                    

- Monitor delivery performance, prepare timely management reporting, escalate material risks, and recommend corrective actions to the line manager and governance committees.                    

- Promote and continuously improve the Project Management Framework and delivery practices to ensure consistent adherence to industry best practices and the organization’s internal standards.                    

- Develop and coach PM and BA team members, building delivery capability, accountability, succession readiness, and a high-performance culture.
