JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Extraction & Transformation. ETL Development
    • Write SQL for datasets and apply data transformation
    • Validate key metrics
    • Optimize queries for cost/performance
  • Dashboards Development
    • Build basic BI reports and apply visualization best practices
    • Create parameterized reports
    • Optimize visuals for performance
  • Feature Engineering
    • Aggregate behavioral metrics, Encode categorical variables
    • Validate feature distributions
    • Document feature definitions. Maintain the data dictionary
  • Data Quality Monitoring
    • Implement anomaly detection scripts, log anomalies and escalate
    • Maintain and implement QA scripts
    • Integrate alerts into monitoring tools
  • Support the Business Process Owners with Data Analytics
    • Gather requirements and translate into technical specs
    • Provide Internal Clients with Advanced Descriptive Analytics
    • Deliver Presentations and Demo.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • SQL (SELECT/JOIN/AGGREGATIONS; functions; performance tuning)                                                                                                                                    
  • PowerBI (dashboards, DAX), Data visualization best practices (chart selection, accessibility)                                                                                                                          
  • Python (Pandas, Matplotlib), scripting for Data Pre-processing QA
    Source control (Git), CI/CD for BI (deployment pipelines), data catalog usage                                                                                                                                      
  • Excel (pivot tables, lookups), statistics (mean/median, percentiles)
  • BI/Data Analytics including data processing, dashboards, analytical reporting - 4 years
  • Bachelors in STEM/Business/Economics or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Domain expertise in digital banking: funnel KPIs, retention, basic credit/risk metrics
  • English language (Intermediate), business writing experience.
