JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Deliver product training programs for sales and support teams
1.1 Conduct training needs analysis for product-related roles
1.2 Develop training content and materials tailored to product features
1.3 Deliver product training via classroom and virtual methods
2 Ensure product knowledge retention and application
2.1 Design post-training assessments and quizzes
2.2 Monitor and analyze assessment results
2.3 Provide follow-up coaching or refresher sessions
3 Collaborate with Product Development teams to develop/update training materials
3.1 Attend product update meetings and gather insights
3.2 Revise training content based on product changes
3.3 Ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
4 Implementation Products Knowledge Assessment for Sale Team
4.1 Develop & Deploy weekly quiz and monthly product knowledge assessments
4.2 Coordinate assessment logistics and communication
4.3 Track participation and performance metrics
5 Evaluate training effectiveness and improve based on feedback
5.1 Collect feedback through surveys and interviews
5.2 Analyze feedback data to identify improvement areas
5.3 Implement changes to enhance training quality
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Adult training principle and instructional design methodologies
- Banking and financial products knowledge
- Over 4 years in business operations, products training and development
- Over 4 years in human Resource, Learning and Development Deliver
- Social and People Orientation
- Cross functional collaboration with business units
