JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Requirement & Internal Digitization Support
- Assist internal digitization team to collect business requirements, documentation, and user training
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and propose solutions
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Stakeholder & Developer Communication
- Communicate with developers and department heads to digitize requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Support the design process and communicate design requirements to developers
System Design & Development Support
- Ensure the end product meets user needs and expectations
- Assist the Development Team to ensure development meets approved requirements
- Stay up-to-date with internal digitization and automation advancements
Testing & Validation
- Involve and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure system functionality aligns with business and operational requirements
Process Optimization & ERP Solutions
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes through ERP solutions
- Support implementation of ERP, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Inventory Management systems
Project Management & Delivery Support
- Support or manage projects using appropriate project management methodologies
- Adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
Analytical & Professional Competencies
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business processes and data
- Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understand both general business and digital processes.
- Able to collect user requirements, analyze, and communicate to relevant stakeholders

- Develop detail product; project requirements/ use cases/ user stories for clarity of development scope
- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields
- Experience in ERP system or accounting system
- Experience in user training Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company's business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term

- Drive and deliver active Wing account acquisition.
