JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
User Administration
- Create, modify, suspend, and deactivate user accounts.
- Maintain accurate user records and account information.
- Ensure timely provisioning of system access.
- Manage user profile updates and account maintenance activities.
- Support administration of internal and external platform users.
Access Rights Management
- Assign and revoke user roles and permissions.
- Ensure access rights are granted according to approved requests.
- Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) configurations.
- Enforce segregation of duties and least-privilege principles.
- Verify access assignments comply with security policies.
User Onboarding & Offboarding
- Execute user onboarding activities for new employees and external users.
- Configure required system access according to approved requests.
- Ensure timely removal of access for terminated or transferred users.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with HR and management.
- Verify completion of access-related tasks during employee lifecycle events.
Access Review & Compliance
- Conduct periodic user access reviews.
- Identify excessive, inappropriate, or unused permissions.
- Support remediation of access control findings.
- Maintain evidence of access review activities.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Assist Information Security and Compliance teams with access-related controls.
Access Issue Resolution
- Investigate login and authentication issues.
- Troubleshoot authorization and permission-related problems.
- Resolve account lockouts and access failures.
- Support password reset and credential management processes.
- Coordinate resolution of identity and access management incidents.
Security & Governance Support
- Ensure compliance with security standards and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to access control policies.
- Support implementation of multi-factor authentication controls.
- Participate in security reviews and operational audits.
- Escalate suspicious access activities when identified.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain user administration procedures and work instructions.
- Document access management processes.
- Prepare user access and permission reports.
- Maintain audit records of user administration activities.
- Support compliance reporting and regulatory reviews.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience in system administration, user administration, access management, or IT operations.
- Experience managing user accounts and permissions in enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting production business applications.
- Experience participating in audit or compliance reviews is advantageous.
Experience in banking, financial services, securities, or fintech environments is considered a strong advantage.
