JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the event tracking taxonomy (Object–Action framework) in CleverTap across key product flows: onboarding, eKYC, transfers, bill pay, and engagement features
- Partner with engineering to ensure new features ship with correct instrumentation; audit event data quality regularly
- Build and maintain funnels, cohorts, and retention analyses to identify drop-off points and friction in user journeys
- Build dashboards/presentation for product, design, and leadership covering UX health metrics (task success, funnel conversion, feature adoption, retention, drop-offs)
- Reconcile behavioral data (CleverTap) with transactional MIS data reports to produce a single source of truth on user behavior
- Deliver a regular UX metrics report with insights and recommendations
- Translate quantitative findings into actionable design recommendations; present them to designers, PMs, and senior stakeholders
- Support A/B test design, sample sizing, and results analysis for UX experiments
- Combine behavioral data with qualitative inputs (usability tests, app store reviews, in-app feedback, search query logs) for a full picture of user experience
- Monitor competitor benchmarks and industry UX metrics relevant to Cambodian digital banking
- Document metric definitions, tracking plans, and dashboard logic so knowledge is shared, not siloed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Must have
- 2–4 years in product/UX analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis — ideally in banking, fintech, or a consumer app environment
- Hands-on experience with a product analytics platform (CleverTap, Firebase)
- Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tool) for dashboard building
- Strong Excel skills — comfortable working with large MIS data reports, pivot tables, lookups, and data cleaning
- Ability to define metrics, build funnels, and explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Working proficiency in English is strongly preferred
Nice to have
- SQL for querying raw data
- Python or R for deeper analysis (e.g., cluster analysis, text analysis of search/feedback data)
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
- Understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, or prior collaboration with design teams
- Experience with mobile app analytics specifically (session behavior, push/in-app campaign measurement).
