Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.
Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
Align designs with business goals and compliance requirements.
Design and prototype high-quality user interfaces and responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, frontend developers, and QA engineers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders, gathering feedback for iterations.
Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design effectiveness.
Analyze user feedback and data to refine and optimize user experiences.
Maintain a design system and reusable components for consistency.
Focus on enhancing digital products such as LOS workflows, onboarding forms, dashboards, mobile apps, and agent/merchant tools.
Contribute to a design-led culture that emphasizes customer experience and simplicity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin.
Experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web interfaces.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend technologies is a plus.
Background in fintech, banking, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
Strong skills in ideation, concept design, and prototyping.
Ability to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Commitment to design precision and usability standards.
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholder.
