Job Descriptions
- Daily Monitoring of reports of Loan repayment schedule, Lending Detail listing, Loan arrears report, and Collected report;
- Prepare daily report calling and Control attendance & activity, and provide appropriate instruction to each staff;
- Allocate overdue customers to recovery staff;
- Look into the specific case and give instructions for repossession;
- Recovery documentation processing;
- Perform transactions and other admin for collection of the loan;
- Legal papers and notifications for delinquent customer;
- Report applicable cases to the manager timely;
- Loan Classification provision and propose proposal Write Off;
- Loan portfolio monitoring for the whole bank, Branch, Loan officer and type of Loan, and other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in related fields;
- At least 3 years experience in the tele-collection and field visit activities;
- Ability to think strategically and to lead;
- Strong client-facing and communication skills;
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
- Customer service orientation.
