JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ATM/CIM management are a plus
- At least 3-year experience in Banking sector
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining ATMs and CIMs, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of ATM and CIM hardware, software, and connectivity protocols.
- Familiarity with cash management processes, including cash handling, reconciliation, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of security protocols and measures to protect ATMs and CIMs from theft, vandalism, and fraud
